✔ Incorrect product: The file(s) you received do not match the description or content stated on the product page.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases.

✔ Personal preference: The request is based on reasons such as "I don't like it" or "It's not what I need" when the product matches its description.
