✔ Incorrect product: The file(s) you received do not match the description or content stated on the product page.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases.

✔ Personal preference: The request is based on reasons such as "I don't like it" or "It's not what I need" when the product matches its description.
✔ Wrong purchase after download: You purchased the wrong product or package but have already downloaded the files.
✔ Customized product: The product was customized specifically according to your requirements.
Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, refunds are evaluated carefully and only approved in valid circumstances.
